what to do with freelander

i have a freelander 2003 on a 52 plate td4. water pump needs changing as the belt threw of when i pulled up so i went replace belt and found a bit of movement in the pump pulley the cooling system is still sealed so no loss of fluid . i then got offered a 2006 sport at a good price so i bought it.

the freeland also has a different coloured door and a small dent at side of door ,(supermarket dints not note left )

the advice i need is , is it worth repairing to sell or would i be better selling it in bits or for spares or repair .

different coloured doors will MASSIVELY devalue the car.

finding a replacement door in the right colour should be pretty easy.

water pump is very cheap so why not do it?

then you have something worth at least a grand.

finding a gold 618 code door for a 3 door is a nightmare loads of 5 doors around . i have aready bought a water pump for it but not fitted it as car is sitting on drive . but slowly running out of tax and test. maybe best option is to stick it on ebay as spares or repair .

It's gonna make about 400-500 quid max as spares or repair....... Average joe is scared of buying a project.

Put the water pump on and it's prob gonna sell for double that. Do the door as well and add another 300.....
