TD4 Clutch issues!!

Ok, so I've searched all the threads here and have gained some insight about all things clutch but nothing that matches my exact issue!! My 55 td4 started struggling to get into gear last week and got progressively worse!! I've just fitted a new master cylinder no problem but the clutch pedal now sits very high compared to the brake. When I press on the clutch it moves to where it should rest, then clicks before it goes further down to the floor. There is no leaks around the bell housing/near the bleed nipple but it still won't select any gear!! Any help/suggestions greatly received!!
