if the connectors under the seats are ok then the next culprit is usually the rotary coupler located between the steering wheel and column - just replaced mine with a 2nd hand one from fleabay and no lights on anymore

If the fault is not to do with driver air bag or passenger air bag try diconnecting the seatbelt pre-tensioner connector under seat one at a time then reconnecting, then check light, if light goes out with both reconnected the problem is condensation and is usually remedied by filling connector with "Vaseline", or plain petroleum jelly. In theory the problem is caused by dampness from carpets etc in certain weather conditions. If that doesn't cure it, I would suspect one of the airbag connectors or the "rotary coupler" which is located at top of steering column after removing steering wheel.
