OK. vibration that is speed related is generally wheel and tyre related. Vibration that is also affected by pwer level is generally transmission eccentricity chased by shot bearings and UJs.

Crawl under and look for obvious play in drive shafts and the propshaft.

Chances are you will find the problem very quickly.

It doesnt vibrate constantly, its fine under acceleration until i get to 60 ish then it starts,as soon as i get to 60 and sort of give it half throttle to coast along at 60 its fine ,but again as soon as i give it full throttle it goes mental,it seems to be coming from drivers wheel area, ive shook the driveshaft and it has little bit of play in it,would this cause it to shake, thanks

Maybe lost some weights of the wheels so out of balance.
Typical prob that causes wheel wobble at certain speeds.
Also as mentioned loose wheel bearings and play in the steering can also give similar symptoms.
Can put rear wheels on the front and fronts on the rear and see if fixes it.

Sounds exactly like mine last year. Nearside driveshaft was so badly damaged it was close to going through the gearbox. Get it properly checked ASAP.
