Rear drum replacement

I am planning on replacing the drums on mine. I have had a look on ebay at some of the kits that come with the shoes too. Is there any that people tend to favour?
Also, with these kits. Do they come with everything that is needed to replace the setup?

make sure you get the correct drums. I got some on ebay and they were not deep enough although stated as correct for me. Measure the depth of your old ones and check.

Anyone know how many miles the rear shoes normally last?
My K series has 105,000 miles but I have no service history so no Idea if they need changed.
