Rave disk

Also winzip and 7-zip can extract .iso files too after you download them. 7-zip is free to download below. Some peeps may already have winzip. After either winzip or 7-zip is installed, right click on the .iso rave file you downloaded and select something like "extract to directoy" or "extract to folder"

its a free sign up then download

also you do not need to put them to disc

download Magiciso then open in the software make a new folder where you wnt it and extract it then go to the folder and run the setup application i have done this on windows 7 & 8 both running x64bit systems and have no problems also means i have no disc :)

Excellent! Thanks Matt, just what I needed..

Got the download from the link provided. MagicISO worked *magic* and I now have the Rave disk for the Freelander 1 :) This provided the car manual which means I actually know some new tricks about the car too. Thanks all

If running Win 7 right click on the .iso rave file and select Load, then a drive name from the options, then select the folder option. This will open the .iso file into an imaginary virtual drive. You can use rave from here or copy all contents out of the virtual drive, to yer normal physical hard drive for quicker access in the future. To close the virtual drive right click on it and select eject from within a file/folder browser. I have a lot of software on me pc so can't remember of this is a feature of Win 7 or something related to software installed.

If you or anyone uses the above and it works or not, can you give feedback and I will put instructions in me manual location fred.

Or right click on the iso file and select the winzip option (if you have it installed) and select open archive. From here you can use rave or copy all contents out to yer hard drive.

Sorry tried all of the above will just not work or even open up for me, tried saving it also did not work ? maybe I am doing something wrong,
On the web site right click the link and select "save as" to save the iso to yer phooter. It will then download then save. Using the downloaded file, follow the instructions above and see what happens. Are you using a Win 7 pc?

I've just downloaded Rave 3, it opened fine with 7 zip ....moved the downloaded iso file to a new folder, right clicked it, hover over 7 zip then clicked on "extract here."
When extracted click on Rave.exe.

Thanks Hippo and Vertuas :) :)

That's good to know. 7zip is free but annoying. I will add this info to me fred soon to help peeps with instructions on getting rave working. I just tried the "extract here" option on the iso file with winzip and it extracted ok.
