oil leak

Got an oil leak from the filter(I thinks) just ordered the service kit from ebay so will be swapping it is there anything else to look out for or could it just be a seal fail? It feels pretty tight at the min and not loose (havnt property got to play with it yet tho)

I've only my experience to go by and I've never had a filter leak before - but its as gooder place to leak as any I suppose!

I'd make sure the surface the filter seals to is clean and flat before putting the new one on.
