Id fit 4, lr recomend 3mm tread difference between all 4 tyre to prevent it eating diffs etc..

Yeah, if you can afford it replace all 4 as you will definitely notice the difference. Otherwise placing the newest on the rear wheels will not place as much strain on the VCU
