Those caps won't fit, the space isn't big enough and there's no lip either. Would be ideal if we could get something to clip onto the nuts

I'm thinking if i get a couple of sets of the long wheel nuts so a minimum of x2 of them on each wheel I could drill the but and use a self tapper or tap them out for a bolt then just secure the original covers on with a black bolt or screw?

Something like these, I've got a couple and they fit just right, perfect length for a snug cover fit if I do it

So finally got around to fitting the finished article

£8 ish for the nuts (8of)
£20 to have them drilled and tapped (I couldn't be bothered)
Fitting free

Painted tops of screws
9m drill bit for hole
Countersunk
Swapped wheel nuts
Attached caps with hex head screws x2 each wheel.

So there's the method for those who want a simple way to attach official LR center caps to modular.....

I may add some silicone to the screw threads when I get some just to help them not vibrate loose...

Just som thread lock that stays liquid would do it :) good work that

Me likey! Might have to consider that myself if I don't go back to alloys :)
Having said that, the nuts I'm using aren't the same as the ones you've used so they wouldn't work as they're open ended

If you were accurate enough you'd be able to drill and tap the stud I should think easy enough, a man of your tallents
