Default lower engine mount tie bar

has anyone replaced just the smaller bush in one of these?

i've seen Nodge and Wjayne talking about fitting a polybush but i want to know if there is such an animal as one off the shelf i can wallop into it.


at circa 35 to get the whole assembly i want to try to keep the cost down

i am in the need of replacing both bushes and Poly would be better if you find anything can you let me no freelaner

Rover 200 tie bar is the one to use. This is mine.
I've softened the edges to reduce engine vibration.

cheers Nodge but i saw the poly bush on your thread.

it is the smaller of the two bushes that is fooked on mine, damn thing clunks over every bump and the radio can't drown it out.

is there a regular black bush that can be used?

You can get the small bush but I've never seen one fail so never fitted one. I suspect it's a pretty common size. Rover were good at using what already exists
