Knocking from F/N/S passenger footwell.

2004 Freelander Sport Td4, 69,000 miles - I have a knocking coming from the area of the front nearside passenger footwell. Only appears when driving over small bumps. Doesn't happen with large holes in the road.
Cursory inspection over a pit only showed a loose belly pan, repaired but knock is still there. Going into the garage next Wednesday to strip the front nearside off to try and locate.
Anyone else had similar? Trying to get a 'heads up' before it goes into the garage.

When I had these symptoms, it was the track rod end. It had very slight play in it, as picked up on the MOT. Though it could be also be the anti roll bar drop link or roll bar bush...

Had the Freelander back from the garage today. FNS top suspension mount and link arm changed. All quiet now. :clap2:
