Well I have had a problem with the fuel pump and injectors today. there was a problem with low fuel pressure. Smoke the works. The Engine waning light was on and the car had lost a load of power. I thought I was going to have a very expensive day. I spoke to a mechanic friend of mine and he suggested a new fuel filter and a trip to Halford's for some Whyns Deasel engine extreme clean fluid. I have always been wary of these products as I was not sure if they really worked or were expensive snake oil.
I am pleased to say they are not. With in an hour or so the engine was running better the warning light was off and the pressure was back up no smoke. Get in. I am now a very happy hippo owner.
