Default fuel pump

hi ya all had AA man out tonight on way home put foot down no power then ok got home went out to start it would not start AAman came out seems to think its the fuel pump under the bonnet tapped it started turned off would not start. anyone know price on this pump and is it a main dealer part thanks all

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I think they're around the £200 mark.

Problem is Greenie, I think this is a later rear wheelarch pump whereas Cremator has the earlier underbonnet type.
