fuel injectors

a mate needs a set of fuel injectors for an 05 td4 frelander(i think thats wot he called it)
does anybody know where he can get em cheap or can he get em 'refurbed'
wot sort of price would they be(new or 'refurbed')

Td4 injectors aren't cheap, he'd be best finding a diesel specialist & getting his own units properly cleaned & rebuilt.
Check ebay for a rough guide to prices (buy elsewhere), but I think the injectors changed slightly halfway through the Td4s lifespan though I'm not sure about that. Last time I looked, £150-£200 per injector wasn't uncommon. Also a diesel specialist might be able to diagnose which injector(s) are giving trouble.

Best place that I use for td4 injectors is Malting Landrover at Doncaster, 01427753394. They charge £150 per injector. They do mail order as well as collecting in person, the injectors are an exchange unit so if you are going to pick them up remove them first as there is a surcharge till you get them back to them.
