Apparently the hydraulics seized; and I need the part that pushes the thrust bearing, and the cylinder behind the break peddle, I dont know what these parts are called in English, can anyone help, a diagram would be fantastic, and greatly appreciated.
 
Pedal end is master cylinder
Clutch end is slave cylinder

One of the freelander owners will be along to help more
 
Slave is in the gearbox so if that's gone it's going to cost you at least 200+ just in labour. Good news is the master can be replaced easily and the system you can bleed.

I would think that bleeding is the first port of call.

If you need to check the master you can disconnect it from the slave via the quick connect approx near the middle of the bay about the gearbox. If the peddle is solid it's generally ok.

Before you do anything pop the rubber top of the little black container below the brake fluid and check it's got some in there
