Freelander 1 attachable tent/awning

Folks,

This is my 2004 Freelander Sport Td4



I'm wondering if there is such a thing as an attachable/detachable tent style awning canvas? To use to sleep in or use when camping.

I've google images it and something that looks like this...



Any advice would be appreciated on where to look or if they're actually any good

Madness those prices are just silly - buy a tent and mod it yourself, if you really wanted one on the rear of you car!

I just use a couple of basha type tarps off mine. Bunjee to hold in place over roof bars, open rear door & drop window, couple of adjustable hide sticks at the end, bunjees to pull taut, if weather isn't brilliant, I'll attach a second basha to the 1st & that goes down the nearside.

Only use my tent in very cold weather.

The Orange Freelander looks the best complete 'tent', but I can't see who makes it (if anyone).

I imagine they go for 2 grand or something silly for anything with fold out bed.
