I currently have a 2--5 facelift 3 door Freelander Commercial & was wondering if anyone had converted one into a normal freelander & was it a big job?

I have found a hardtop with Glass for £70 & the donor vehicle still has the rear quarter windows in it so not too hard to source them,

What other things would I need to do the basic conversion?

gstuart has done it and I imagine he'd be helpful, not seen him on here recently though but perhaps you could send him a PM to draw his attention to your thread....

Off the top of my head.
Rear carpet if it isn't under your wooden floor.
Rear quarter trims x2 plus fixings
Rear boot trims x2 plus fixings
C/B pillar trim
Seat belts
Seat + fixings
Glass and rubbers plus fixings

Not done anything about it yet

Im still toying with the idea as its my work vehicle & I carry my tow dolly in the back of it,

Also just had my beacons fitted to the commercial hartop.

Funnily enough that's a similar set up to what I'm think of if I do get one. It'd be handy to have the option of rear seats, if and when I want them
