Air ride as an alternative to the standard lift kis??

I suppose if you're loaded and into gadgets it might be a fun thing, but I can't really see it as practical value for money to get the "benefits". As its from the US it will have been developed for the V6 - don't know if the suspension is different on other models. There's a lot of kit there to get spare parts for as well.

The V6 suspension is the same as the other Freelanders ;)
 
There used to be a suzuki jimney on the offroad scene that had double airbags (solid axles so can be done easy) that was very good offroad, he could force air into each corner to push the tyre into the ground maintaining traction.
If you have the cash to spend on it I would, but I'm all for doing something different and as far out of the box as possible
