nice one mate cheers

is it easy bolt on or do you have to drill holes etc ? will i need a fitting kit or just use the bolts from it when removed ? and can spot lamps easily be added ?

also is it a nice add on and wont make much difference to fuel consumption weight wise or alter the drive ?

think im gonna go for it , as A bars normaly go for more, and i like the loook and head light grill bits built in

First ask if he will unbolt it while you watch, (if he hasn's already done so) that will give an idear of fixing.. the holes are there, you wll have to remove the front towing loop and cut slots in the spoiler for the two fixing arms to pass through, so look and where/how thats been done and that's it. Ask if he will supply u with the nuts & bolts.
Spot lights and are easy lots on info in the forum already and no difference to fuel consumption they are heavy but not that heavy if u know what I mean.:)

The biggest problem you will have is undoing your bumper to chassis bolts, because thats where it bolts on. It's likely that they will be properly seized. Personally I would buy new bolts and grind the old ones off.;)

Land Rover Discovery Nudge Bar on eBay (end time 22-Jan-11 15:08:05 GMT)

The radio and CD changer also looks good i've seen the radio go for £70+ so does the brake calipers a bargain it's a shame the are the eary type with two brake pipes but the pads what u can see look new.
What i'm thinking is get some s/h calipers and refurbing them to as a nearly new standard and then put then on the shelf for when they are needed.:)

was out and couldnt get a signal on my mobile and missed the end of the auction totaly gutted :(:( sent a message saying if bidder messes about il come buy them straight away

just have to keep my eyes open for some more

Word of warning, if you retro fit that to your disco, tell the insurance company because if you hit someone or something with that on, they will have a baby and refuse to pay out.

ah ok thanks mate, what if i said i thought it was as standard and didnt know ?

will insurance be ok if i out it on or likley to ask for £££ ?

maybe i should enquire before i bought one ?

Ignorance won't wash with insurance companies, anyway they can get out of a claim they will, ask them for a quote before fitting, sometimes you'll be suprised and it will be free!
