I believe the pcd on p38 and d2's is the same. I know that p38 and d2 won't fit my 300tdi, but i'm sure there is a thread or two on here, that tells you all you need to know.

Disco 2 and p38 wheels and nuts are interchangeable, but if you want to fit disco 3/4 wheels or rr sport or l322 wheels you will need spigot rings and a new set of wheel nuts.
