V8 + LPG.. worth considering

As some people on the forum know I have been looking for some time for a decent 300Tdi under £2500 but so far without any luck.. I did however come across an advert for a 96 V8 with professionally fitted LPG kit and 80k miles for £2500..

I had never considered a V8/LPG before.. whats it like compared to the 300TDi in terms of realiability/maintenance. I will only be doing around 5-7k miles a year

I bought a v8, 3.9 auto, brilliant car, chassis and body most important bit to check, i would choose a v8 with an lpg over a tdi, quiet smooth engines, only prob with the v8 is mpg, but the lpg improves that,
