tyres again

got some insa turbo saharas on my little vitara there great with a light vehichle..,but what about the disco can i use there 16 inch size or go for a bigger profile whats the ideal tyre size with out an expensive lift to suspension... what can i get away with? please tell me whats best, sorry new too landys and this thread has probably been done already..if i gota cut away arches so be it
