towing bracket

I am in the process of replacing my towing bracket on my Discovery 1. I need to replace the bolts and was wondering what type I should use? Stainless, high tensile, etc?

I cannot get any codes off the old bolts as I had to knacker them when removing the bracket. I know I should have checked them first!
