Ok well i'm still a noob to the world of LR's. I'm glad to find that i haven't got the odd one out, seeing as my disco leaks oil, make funny noises, and has been atacked by the tin worms!
I've followed advice on other threads, and removed my EGR (Made my own s/s plates, very chuffed) and cleaned out and off the c**p off the intercooler. that was all this afternoon. So, I took it out to see what if any difference this has made and. . . . . oh my goddddddddddd its so much quicker! I had no idea a diesel could shift like that. Its nice when something goes that well.
Now, all I have left to do is rebuild the whole thing before august's MOT, and I'm home and dry! SO first off, I need to rebuild the whole ar** end underneath. Cross member, mounts, floor, sides, the lot. SO where do you guys get your parts? I've tallied up on fleabay, and looking at about £400, so if I can get the price down.....
