TD5 retrofit heated seats what am I looking for?

I have a 2004 disco landmark with leather I have read a thread on here on how to fit the electric seats but what am I looking for to make sure the wiring is fitted I gather there should be the extra two connectors in the electric window console but what am I looking for under the seats should there be a wire just floating around underneath not connected to anything?

You conflict yourself so can you clarify whether you want heated seats, electric seats or both?

sorry I have read that I have heated seat loom but what am I looking for update is I have found the switch wires and that is done they all iluminate so all good there but what am I looking for under the seat?

A loom if you are lucky. Most have loom for heated seats but not for electric seats
