TD5 fuel filter housnig leak

I've had a bit of a scout around but thought I'd ask direct before I start stripping it down.

When left over night my Td5 is a bitch to start, it air in the fuel line because if left in purge for a few mins it starts ok and for the rest of the day it starts first turn.

So had a poke about and noticed droplets on the rear door and wheel cover.
Traced that to the fuel filter housing, cleaned it all off with carb cleaner and left of a couple of days to observe, it appears to be coming from the top of the housing from the area of the forward facing outlets so I suspect filter housing/connectors/pipe.
Anyone else had this?

Yes, the housing used to crack sometimes.... put a new(or a known good) one(off course after u'll be certain that it's not a connection or pipe)
