TD5 commercial buying

Hi all, first time poster, i've currently just started looking at buying a discovery and i just have the one question as I have done plenty of searching on the forum in relation to faults and other associated problems

What i would like to ask is, are there any other faults i should look out for as i have the intention of buying a 'commercial discovery' or are all problems across the board?
