i know this has been documented but i would like more guidance please.

although my carpets are not wet "yet" i would like to prevent this by identifying the drains and clearing them out now.
unfortunately i have been underneath today and real cannot find them. i know the problem is me, i just dont know what they look like.

can anyone give me a real simple guide or post a picture.
this really would be appreciated.

thank you in advance.

hi if you look at were your exhaust is underneath, about 6 to inches back from bell housing looking up you should see the gearbox selection switch on left hand side half way up the drain tube is straight up made of rubber, if you pull on the end piece shaped like a pointed nipple it will come out the drain tube on other side is in the same place in relation to left side hope this helps, tiga

both drains located and water freed, especially the passenger side.
i wiggled the rubbers at first, this released the water, then gently stuck a paperclip up it a short distance.

as i have not used the a/c in the four weeks of owning it, i feel i was a dead cert. for soggy carpet syndrome.

thank you very much for your help. :)
