Swivel Joint Question?

Hi all
I have a knocking comming from the front end when i take my foot off the power, i raised the front wheels and rocked them at 12 and 6, the ns had play and the os was tight. I have got a swivel joint kit which has:
2 bearings
upper and lower pins
a selection of gaskets

do i need anything else?
Can anyone steer me towards a good how to guide or give me any time saving tips?
Roughly how long should it take to do?

did you determine swivel brs or wheel brgs,if sdwivel dont undo bottom pin its tricky and not necessary,shim brgs with no seal so that there is no freeplay and some (little resistance
