I've been having problems with my suspenion on a 2003 (Facelift model) Discovery 2.

My mechanic has fitted new height sensors and recently a new compressor.

After fitting the new compressor, everything seemed to work fine for about 3 days. Then while driving it dropped again. After being switching off the engine for 5 mins and restarting it came up fine again.

Shortly after that it dropped all the way down and hasn't come back up since.

Any ideas?

Question is: why did you need a new compressor to begin with? The old one usually wears out because of leaky bags which causes it to burn out. Just renewing the compressor without finding out why the last one died is not a great idea usually.

make sure your relay is'nt sticking .it's in your engine bay fuse box and looks like a little yellow square box ,take it out tap it with screw driver handle and put back in .look on the under side of fuse box lid to locate
