Took my 94 300TDI for the MOT this morning and she passed 
The sill wasn't as bad as I though but will need doing before I fit the rock sliders. also both rear lower link bushes are coming to the end of their life but they're only a couple of quid and half hours work to fix. A small oil leak from the pipe that runs from the sump back to the rocker cover, again nothing to worry about. and theres some signs of the rear edge of the boot floor starting to go, so I'll rip the carpet out in the new year and have a good look at it, I don't think its too bad but will get that sorted as well.
Anyway I'm more than happy.
