This info may help somebody who is suffing water leaks.
I have had leaks which I thought were from my sunroof for some time.
I eventually got the sunroofs taken out the seal between the sunroofs frames and roof made good, the drain boxes rebonded.
This entailed the complete removal of the head lining.
When this had all been done low and behold I still had a leak.
I got Andy from Surrey Sunroofs to come and remove the headling again and leave it out so we could see where the water was coming from.
THE WINDSCREEN was the culprit.
So of to autoglass to have the screen removed and rebonded.
On removal the real problem was revealed, the weld between the front off side upright has comletely failed letting water in.
Autoglass rebonded the screen paying extra care with the corners.
There is still a tiny leak so when the weather gets better I am going to get the screen taken out and the seam rewelded.
This is a fault that Landrover are aware of and they did send a notice to firms like autoglass suggesting that extra attention is paid to bonding the sceens.
One day I hope that this problem will be completely cured. What a pain
