Up **** creek.
Finally got round to replacing my tinted rear screen and rubber over the bank holiday, 30 quid all in (thanks bump:D).

I'm quite chuffed really considering I was using an old split rubber, it was my first one and we had limited resources (a babies pink plastic spoon, some thin nylon string, fairy liquid and in desperation a flat screwdriver )

First we tried putting the rubber around the glass but got nowhere, we tried with the string, don't know if it was too thin or just our method was crap so we ditched the string and decided to try putting the rubber onto the frame and slid the top of the glass into it, and with one holding the glass the other "persuaded" the rubber with the spoon but it was too flimsy to do the corners so out came the screwdriver (I like living on the edge).

It took about 2 hours all in all including removing the old one and tidying up, I'm sure it could have been done quicker but we were both hungover and in no rush.

A bit of PU sealant on the split and its bone dry in there today after the hosepipe test, chuffed:D.
