Hey - has anyone replaced these and what are the best bushes to buy ? Not sure whether I should go for poly or standard rubber

Depends on which bushes in the system you're replacing. I'd say go for Land Rover every time. I replaced the two "bushes" behind the diff, above and below the centre bearing. I say "bushes" because they're actually a ball joint with rubber covers and can move any which way to a certain degree, hence the 40-odd quid each price tag.

I'm not sure about the outer bushes, mine are ok, so not had to replace them yet.

I did mine the other week not a hard job just spanners, make sure that you support the body as you take linkage out as it will sway left too right, I ended up buying a second hand complete linkage from black country 4x4 for £30 couple hrs too fit unless the monkey that fitted the LPG tanks on mine made it a pig too get centre bolt out as no clearence

I noticed the other week that Paddock are doing all 5 bushes as poly bushes for £104.

Can't speak for the quality, but tempted to try them out as money is even tighter than usual at this time and it's a job that needs getting done.

I have yet to have anything bad from Paddock and the fact that they are selling genuine Serck intercoolers for £200 less than anyone else makes me think that these could well be decent items.
