I think I may have a dodgy ride height sensor, car was raised this morning for about 15 mins.

Then drove off and as usual the chimes go at the correct speed and the rear lowers as it should. However this time only one side dropped, passenger side has stayed up.

Raised the car again to see if that sorts it out but no change. It has now been up for over 6 hours.

Compressor not running and everything else looks fine so I am suspecting the ride height sensor, does that make sense?

Definately sounds like a height sensor.

Why are you putting it in " extended mode " ?.

Whats it doing in " normal " mode ?.

Del.

Extended mode need to clear some rough stuff off road.

In normal mode one side resets to normal hieght

Other side stays up so back end of the car is leaning over to one side.

Is there anyway to deflate the air bags manually? Would like to lower the high side before driving the car again.

Thanks

i have a land rover discovery 2 and the suspension is staying high on one side. was off road when it happened. any suggestions. most of what i find is about a low side.
