Rear speakers

does anyone know if you can wire the standard disco 1 sub on boot door up to after market cd player and if so how? Or am i just bein stupid lol?

The cd player will be only stereo it won't have a bass output. But if you extend the + pos of one channel and the - neg of the other and then connect via a gain and level control to the bass amp it should work.

But it is silly idear, just get a cd or even an mp3 compatable head unit.

i have mp3/usb/aux cd player fitted, with red and white phono output. What i found so far, if i connect the red and black wires from the pink block, behind cd player slot, to the phono connection or another speaker channel, that should work? Providing the remote aerial wire has a constant 12v supply?

is it a 200tdi or a later 300 tdi??

I have a 300 tdi, I just made a cable to take th phone out to stick into the speaker plug and it worked,

200. 92 model but according to my manual it has 93 spec sound system lol. Was yours the pink block with black n red wires? i have the 2 for back of cd (power n speakers) this pink one that looks like the other 2 n a white one i assume for dash controls, vol up/down
