Odometer Changed MPH to KPH by itself?

Hi Folks,

Just noticed when i got in the disco today that the odometer had changed from MPH to KPH and i don't know how to get it back!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Its a 1999 Disco II V8

I think it is press and hold trip counter.

PRESS AND HOLD THE TRIP RESET FOR AT LEAST 2 SECONDS and it'll change back.
