no clutch

got in car this morning, clutch pedal went straight to floor, pulled it back up, tried again and pedal went solid, it was fine last night, any ideas please :mad::doh::(
 
No, but you have got to get the gearboxes off the engine or engine off the boxes to do it ,so you may as well renew all the clutch whilst in there-make sure you fit the heavy duty re-inforced fork,to stop it recurring
 
Did mine outside on the pavement in the snow-not a bad job just takes time-if you don't have aircon,engine moving forward is easier apparently.
Just to check it is the fork,undo the slave cylinder,and see how far the actuator rod is sticking out of the g/box-a few mm is not enough-needs to be best part of an inch
