loss of brakes

coming home yesterday and lost all brakes, pedal fell the floor and took several pumps to get feeling back.

Pulled over and checked fluid level and what I could see of the brake lines with out getting underneath. level doesnt seem to have dropped.

Before I get on my back in the cold and wet, is there any comman areas to check for brake pipe damage ect? or any other pointers as to what it could be.

Check see if the pads haven't exploded happened to me last month! Mine where genuine on the back just got brittle i suppose.

well im missing one of my rear pads so I think that more than likely is the problem.
