Got a 1999 TD5, the heated windscreen isnt working, the switch lights up and goes out after about 5 minutes. The 30 amp fuse is ok, so next I need to check the relay output, does anyone know where abouts is located?

Cheers,

Chris

Cheers, thats excellent, I'll get right onto it tomorrow. If the relay is operating as it should then I guess there is a chance that the wiring to the screen is damaged or disconnected, I belive the connections can be found under the wipers somewhere.

The heated windscreen is a programable feature through BCU so if they are not working at all u might have to plug in a tester to activate the system.
