Any experience with Landrover Parts Shop.com??
Bought loads of stuff for my disco and RR, good prices although still waiting on them.
Hope the stuff isn't ****part....

Did you get your parts OK? I'm thinking of getting the aftermarket tailgate regulator kit from them. This is the best price I could find anywhere.

Trying to exchange a faulty item with them is not the easiest of things to do.

Thanks for that, it's a shame they don't appear to value their customers. Maybe I'll pay more for the kit from Steve Parkers.

When you do eventually get a response from them, in order to get a faulty item returned you have to get their returns form. Complete it and send it back with the part.

Then wait whilst they return the part to their suppliers. IF their suppliers agree that the part is faulty and it wasn't caused by you they'll eventually send you a replacement.

Brit-car for example, usually respond to emails reasonably quickly and will replace the part straight away. I'd rather pay the little extra and get a service.

Indeed. Did that in the end.

But the company insists that all transactions are dealt with via the website and email; you can't order or pay over the phone. You'd think they'd be on the ball with emails after they've taken you money
