Kenlowe Electric Fan 300TDi Good or Bad?

i wanted to know if one of these Kenlowe Fans is a good idea mainly im wanting to know will it improve or decrease fuel consumption i also want to know is it going to be any good green lanning and odd bit of off roading

Wont affect consumption, makes engine a little quieter, will never pay for itself IMHO.

ahh right ill think i stick with ordinary then coz its an extra cost and then if ya thermostat fails etc. ill just stick to normal thanks dave

if the viscuous unit is working well, it cant IMHO be beaten.

I have fitted kenlowes to series three's before, they do make them quieter and easy revving but the series never had a viscuous unit, just a fixed fan. It would still take many many years to pay for itself in fuel savings though.
