Info please

hi, im replacing my boot floor, on the inspetion hole in the centre of the boot floor there is a removeable plate. does any one no what the plastic square things are that you bolt the plate to are called, i think thers either 6 or 8 of them. You screw the bolts in, instead of using nuts
