Help Please

Now the owner of my first Disco a 300TDi ES 1997.
I'm trying to sort out all those little niggles (looks like a busy few months ahead)
So any help gratefuly recieved !

Heated seats seen afew threads here but switches iluminate but no heat drivers did work but very hot !

water coming in (what a surprise) fixed this resealed around the windscreen rubber.

The rear bumper has a plastic protective strip which I have but cant work out if clips are missing or if it should just slide under the plastic studs that are there but when I do use these tcannot shut the rear door as the protective strip does not sit flat.

Can't find any reference in my Haynes Manual which is getting seriously thumbed through.

Landy1UK, What have I let myself in for !
If Anybody can help with sorting the plastic strip on top of the rear bumper with the parts I need or how to refit be grateful.
