Hi I have a 1999 TD5 auto .My problem is the M & S ligts are flashing,I removed the ECU to have it remapped , replaced it and now my M & S lights flash.The car starts ok and revs cleanly.Other than M&S lights flashing when you put the box into D the D flashed and when you try reverse , it clunks into reverse.

It was perfect prior to the above.

Areas checked so far

• ECU OK
• Trans fluid ok
• Battery voltage ok ( new 3 weeks ago)

I have also tried the start/stop/restart etc with no joy

would appreciate any ideas.
