Electric seats not working

Hi. I'm new to this site and wondered if anyone's got any ideas as to why my electric seats won't work. I've a 99 disco TD5 with manual seats that I've replaced with electric leather seats. I've connected all the plugs and nothings happening. I've checked all the fuses including the ones under the seat and under the bonnet. I've also checked the brown power plug with a multi meter and there appears to be 12V. I don't know what else to try. Am I missing something? Thanks

Think you may need to programme the BCU

Do that, i can sustain that's a programable option in the BCU(confirmed by RAVE and Hawkeye user guide), there are three settings for electric seats:

1. None > The vehicle is not fitted with electric front seats.
2. Normal > Electric seat adjustment is available for 45 seconds after the
driver's door opens or if the ignition is on.
3. Ignition II > Electric seat adjustment is available if the ignition is on.
