Electric Seat Motor ?

Hi Guys,

X reg, 2000 TD 5

Just brought my first land rover discovery and in love.

My car needs some TLC !

First Issue is the drivers seat electric's, the seat will move in all directions apart from forwards and back.

I have narrowed it down to the motor itself as the switches are good and power is getting down to the motor.

I now need to remove the motor and see if it can be fixed or just buy a new one.

Can anyone direct me to the correct way of removing please ?

Looking my seat if i ever had to get access to a motor, it looks like the seat will have to be removed, so i would think undo the 'Torx' seat runner fixing bolts.
