discovery 3 tailgate problem

Hey guys I have no power to the tailgate on my discovery 3. The actuator on the top part of the tailgate does not work and neither do the 2 on the bottom part of the tailgate. The top part does open with the emergency procedure. Any ideas from anyone?:doh:
