Discovery 200 V8 Wipers

I have a problem with the wipers on my Disco. They work perfectly in one speed mode, and in wash wipe, but do not self park, and do not operate in 2nd speed position or intermitant.

I have changed the relay in the footwell for a new one with no progress, any other ideas before I start working my way down to the wiper motor?

either check your fusible links, cos they can do odd things to early discos, but tbh its quite likely to be the wiper motor if the self park is dead.

otherwise im saying the wiper stalk is at fault.
