Disco2 conversion from manual to auto

Where to start?
Gearbox, propshafts, Brake drum may be different, Centre console, pedal box assembly, ECU, possibly speedo cable.
Sounds like a big job. If you had the 2 cars next to each other could be easier but i would guess it could be cheaper to buy an Auto Disco instead

The engine ECU should be ok, just needs to be told it now works with an autobox, but you'll need to get the EATS (autobox ECU).
There's likely to be a fair bit of cabling you'll need as well to connect the box, to the cars various systems.

you would have to fit drive plate etc with gear box ,fit crank sensor which will go from you manual to new auto and you would need ecu for auto transmission etc
